Account & Data Deletion Request

Your Data Privacy Rights

You have the right to request deletion of all your personal data stored in Antihoist at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Account Information: Your email address, name, and profile data
  • Journal Entries: All journal entry text and transcriptions
  • Voice Recordings: All uploaded and stored audio files
  • AI Conversations: All chatbot interactions and conversation history
  • Location Data: Any GPS coordinates associated with your entries
  • Usage Data: Account-specific usage and activity logs
Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

If you can log in to your account, you can immediately delete all your data:

  1. Click the button below to go to the deletion page
  2. Log in to your Antihoist account if prompted
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion
  4. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within minutes

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot log in to your account, you can request deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to theantihoist@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Antihoist account
  4. Provide any additional information that helps us verify your identity

Processing Time: Email requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt and verification.

After Deletion

Once your deletion request is processed:

  • All your data will be permanently removed from our production systems
  • You will be logged out and unable to access your account
  • Backups containing your data will be deleted according to our retention schedule (typically within 90 days)
  • You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete
